This weeks menu:

Monday: Roasted chicken, green beans, mac and cheese
Tuesday: Enchiladas
Wednesday: Chicken parm., salad
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Chicken noodle soup (using leftover chicken from Monday), bread
Saturday: Spaghetti & meatballs, salad, garlic toast
Sunday: Leftovers
